The Peach Kitchen
I see lots of possibilities with this idea. I love wontons with cream cheese in them but don't like the work and the deep fat frying. Besides pizza flavor, a couple of ideas I have running around in my head are chicken Alfredo and Taco bites. I will be playing around with these.
Beyer Beware
This recipe uses Rice Krispies, ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise. Looks easy and good. Leah hosts "Hunk of Meat Monday" where you can find lots of great main dish recipes. Stop by and take a look.

The Better Baker
This is a recipe that has been around awhile, but it is very easy, quick, and good. Obviously cooked chicken can be used instead of turkey. I keep cooked chicken in broth in my freezer, and this is a great use for it.
Oven Baked Teriyaki Chicken Thighs

This recipes has a great simple homemade Teriyaki sauce which is easily doubled. I would do that because we like lots of sauce to spoon over the rice or noodles that might be served with this. I buy chicken thighs a lot because I can still get them on sale for .99 a lb. so they are one of the most inexpensive things out there, and we like them although we like chicken breasts, also. Laura has a number of recipes on her blog for chicken thighs.
Taylor Takes a Taste
I don't seem to be able to bring over a photo, but this is a very interesting post on building an indoor lighting set up for only $15. This young man's blog is a wealth of information on taking food photos, and he is very generous with his knowledge.
As always the photos here were taken by and are the property of the owners of the respective blogs represented.
I am looking forward to seeing what others have found in their internet travels this week.
